First of all, we would like to thank you for purchasing this theme, your support is truly appreciated. This document covers the installation and use of this theme, reveals some answers to common problems and issues. We encourage you to read this document throughtly if you are experiencing any difficulties. If you have any questions that are beyond the scope of document, please feel free to contact us via our Support Tickets System<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

1.2 System Requirements<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
At the basic level, this theme will require the following conditions:<\/p>\n
\n
PHP version 5.6 or greater<\/li>\n
MySQL version 5 or greater<\/li>\n
WordPress 4.7.x or higher (Please note that it has the best performance on the latest version of WordPress)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Note: Recommended PHP Configuration Limits<\/strong> In several cases, you may deal with problems related to low PHP configuration limits, such as: white screen, demo content fails when importing, empty page content and other similar issues. The solution is to increase the PHP<\/strong> limits. You can do this on your own by editing the following lines in php.ini<\/strong> file in your root directory. This is not a file that comes with WordPress so if you are unfamiliar with it you should contact your web host about increasing those limits to a minimum as follows:<\/p>\n

2<\/span>INSTALLATION <\/span><\/p>\n

There are two ways to install a WordPress Theme:<\/p>\n

Manual Installation (including Theme Installation)<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

2.1 Files Structure<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
At first, you need to download the package to your computer and then unzip it. The package gives you all the files listed as follows<\/p>\n
\n
A file named sw_fcstore_quickstart_version1.0.0.zip<\/em><\/strong> (Only for quickstart installation)<\/li>\n
Data<\/strong> folder\n\n
\u201cmedia.xml\u201d<\/em> <\/strong>file<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
Theme installation<\/strong> files, including:\n\n
sw_fcstore_theme_v1.0.0.zip <\/strong>file (The newest version)<\/li>\n
sw_fcstore-child-theme.zip<\/strong> file (The child theme is a recommended way of modifying your existing theme.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

2.2 Theme Installation<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
When you are ready to install a theme, you must first upload the theme files and then activate the theme itself. The theme files can be uploaded in two ways:<\/p>\n
\n
FTP Upload:<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n
WordPress Upload<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Note<\/b>: If the theme files\u2019 size is larger than 8M, please upload via FTP (File Transfer Protocol).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
\n
2.2.1 Theme Installation via FTP<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
To add the new Theme to your WordPress installation, follow these basic steps:<\/p>\n
\n
Download the Theme archive and extract the file named themename_version.zip<\/b>, for example here: sw_matrix_theme_version1.0.0.zip. You may need to preserve the directory structure in the archive when extracting these files.<\/li>\n
Load your FTP client, such as FileZilla<\/a>.<\/li>\n
Use your FTP program to access your host web server, create a directory to save your Theme in the wp-content\/themes<\/strong> directory provided by WordPress.For example, the theme named SW FCStore Version 1.0.0<\/b> should be in wp-content\/themes\/sw_matrix_theme_version1.0.0<\/b>. The theme may provide this directory as part of the archive.<\/li>\n
Upload the Theme files to the new directory on your host server<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
To select the Theme for your site:<\/p>\n

Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels<\/b><\/li>\n
Select the Appearance<\/b> panel, then Themes<\/b> to find the new theme uploaded.<\/li>\n
From the Themes panel, roll over the Theme thumbnail image for the Theme you are interested in to see options for that theme.<\/li>\n
You can view more information about any theme by clicking Theme Details.<\/li>\n
A live preview of any Theme (using your blog\u2019s content) can be seen by clicking Live Preview.<\/li>\n
To activate the Theme click the Activate<\/b> button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Your selection will immediately become active.<\/p>\n
Note:<\/strong> If the Theme preview is blank, do not<\/b> activate the new Theme without investigating further. Your site may not be displayed correctly, otherwise.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

2.2.2 Theme Installation via WordPress Admin Panel<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
Step 1<\/strong> \u2013 Open the wp-admin<\/b> panel (Navigate through web browser to the folder where you have installed the WordPress, for example: www.your_domain.com\/wp-admin\/<\/b>).<\/p>\n
Step 2<\/strong> \u2013 Login to your WordPress Dashboard and navigate to Appearance >> Themes<\/strong>. At the top of the page, click the Add New<\/strong> button.

\nStep 3<\/strong> \u2013 Click the Upload Theme<\/strong> button >> Choose File<\/strong> to import the theme from your computer. Select your sw_matrix_theme_v1.0.0.zip<\/strong> file and click Install Now<\/strong>.

\nStep 4<\/strong> \u2013 You have a few minutes to wait till you see the message announcing that Theme installed successfully<\/b>.
\n $\"\"$
\nStep 5<\/strong> \u2013 After that, you will be able to activate the theme.

\nStep 6<\/strong> \u2013 Press \u201cSave Changes\u201d<\/strong> to complete the theme activation.<\/p>\n

Once theme is installed, you need to install Required Plugins to get full features working.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

2.3 Required Plugins Installation<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

\u2013 After installing and activating the theme, you will see a yellow popup at the top of the page. The message notices that: \u201cThis theme requires the following plugins\u2026\u201d, and you need to click the \u2018Begin Installing plugins\u2019 link.<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Note:<\/strong> When installing plugins, if you see a notice that some plugins have unsuccessful<\/b> installation, please choose each<\/b> plugin to install again<\/b>. This case usually occurs as you select all plugins to install at once.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Step 3<\/strong> \u2013 After installing required plugins successfully, you will see a yellow popup at the top of the page noticing that you need to activate the plugins.

2.4 Product Appearance<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n

\nYou can enable ratings as our demo website in \u201cWoocommerce > Settings > Products > General<\/strong><\/em>\u201d section.

Change Product Image Sizes<\/strong>
\nYou can change the image size in \u201cWoocommerce > Settings > Products > Display<\/strong><\/em>\u201d section. <\/p>\n

After change the images sizes, you should regenerate all the thumbnails. For this, you should install and activate \u201cRegenerate Thumbnails\u201d<\/a> plugin.<\/li>\n
Enable Stock Management <\/strong>You can enable stock management as our demo website in \u201cWoocommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory<\/strong><\/em>\u201d section. $\"\"$ <\/li>\n
Enable Downloadable Products <\/strong>You can enable Downloadable Product Function as our demo website in \u201cWoocommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products<\/strong><\/em>\u201d section. $\"\"$ <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

2.5 Import Demo Data<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
Note:<\/strong> When you import our demo content including our demo data and media , it can take several minutes depending on the speed of your server. Each time the button is clicked it will import the content, so if it is clicked twice it will import everything two times. There are two ways to get rid of duplicate content.<\/p>\n
\n
The first solution is using WordPress Reset plugin<\/a><\/em><\/strong>. Please remember that using this plugin will delete ALL content<\/em><\/b> within your WordPress installation. It does not remove plugins, but will deactivate them and remove all pages, posts, menus, sliders, widget data, Theme Options, etc<\/em><\/b>. So use this plugin at your own risk<\/em><\/b>.<\/li>\n
Manual Removal<\/em><\/strong> is the second method you could choose. It will take longer and simply involves manually removing duplicate items. For example, you could go to the Appearance > > Menus <\/b>and delete and duplicate items one by one. Same thing for pages, post, sliders, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n
Step 1 <\/strong>– In the Administrator page, please navigate to Appearance >> Import Demo Data<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Step 2 <\/strong>– Please click \u201cImport Demo Data<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n

The process will take a couple of minutes. After receiving a message which shows \u201cImporting all done!\u201d, please follow the next part of this document to import \u201cmedia.xml\u201d<\/em><\/strong> file.<\/p>\n

2.6 Import Media file<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n
Step 1 –<\/strong> In the Administrator page, please navigate to Tools >> Import<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> In WordPress, after importing demo content, the post,page,category and tag will be automatically assigned some unique ID. Though its not much important for a normal user but will be helpful in customizing the WordPress. You should find and use these IDs to configure your website easily.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
